Scope of personal data collected:
Individuals who submit an application to participate provide the following personal data: full name, postal address, telephone number, mobile phone number, email address, and other information as may be required.

Legal basis:
Please be advised that the information provided constitutes personal data. The Contest Organizers undertake to process such personal data in compliance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data” and other applicable regulatory acts governing the security and protection of personal data.

Purposes of processing:
Personal data shall be processed for the purposes of:

• proper fulfillment by the Contest Organizers of their obligations relating to the awarding of Prizes;
• conducting marketing analysis;
• preparing statistical information.

Processing activities:
Processing of personal data shall include, without limitation: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage in a specially protected database, clarification (updating, modification), use, dissemination (including cross-border transfer), anonymization, blocking, and destruction.

A data subject shall have the right to obtain information regarding each Operator, including its location, whether such Operator holds personal data relating to the respective data subject, and to access such personal data in written form. Such access shall be granted upon submission of a written request containing the number of the data subject’s primary identification document (or that of the data subject’s legal representative), information regarding the date of issuance of such document and the issuing authority, and the handwritten signature of the data subject or legal representative.

Right to withdraw consent:

Confidentiality and protection:

The Contest Organizers shall ensure the confidentiality and protection of personal data in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
